USE A TAMPER-EVIDENT BOX
We love recycling too - but unfortunately used boxes are often more easily damaged, and easier to tamper with. This can mean your frames get damaged or even stolen in transit. UPS provides free boxes and other shipping supplies delivered right to your office! Visit HERE to order materials. {And don't worry - we reuse and recycle boxes at the lab!}
LOG THE CONTENTS OF EACH SHIPMENT
GSRx provides your office with UPS labels to ship frames to the lab. Each label has an attached receipt. We recommend you keep a log of what is sent and stick this tracking receipt to it, so in the case of a lost, damaged, or tampered box, you know exactly what needs to be claimed and replaced.
CLAIM FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ITEMS
If GSRx receives a box we believe has been damaged or tampered with, we will contact your office immediately. In this unfortunate event, having the proper documentation will both aid in processing a claim with UPS and finding a replacement frame to avoid delays. If you need to file a claim for lost, damaged, or stolen items with UPS, you can do so
